In our advanced Conversion facility we apply many sub-processes to enhance, compliment and secure our products.

There are various conversion techniques we produce in–house such as;

• Alignment
• Folding of materials to bespoke size and shapes
• Application of Adhesive, Security Tape and Release Liner
• Welding of Security Tapes
• Application of document pouches
• Insertion of air releases, punch holes and tear lines
• Cutting and heat sealing of final bags

We are market leaders in Security and Track and Trace features for packaging confidential material or valuables, including;

• Sequential numbering
• Bar-coding
• RFID
• Tamper Resistant closure systems
• Tamper Evident closure systems

In Conversion we use a variety of Adhesive Bonds to suit individual requirements. We offer a wide choice of closure types to match your needs, and various levels of products in Security Tapes, dependant on Low, Medium or High Security needs.

There are various other closures we produce from Coin bags to Integral Document pouches. We also offer various handles in-house such as Punched bulk coin.
