With Flexographic printing facilities up to 8 colour's our gearless range of presses are at the forefront of modern printing and thin plate technologies, ensuring the highest quality of reproduction for our clients design. Printing a wide range of film substrates both surface and reverse, we work closely with all our approved and preferred suppliers of repro plates and inks to ensure that we are at the front of technological developments in the printing process.
This, coupled with our modern Conversion and Finishing equipment, enables Decoflex to supply finished films and bags that meet and exceed expectations.
Printing on a broad range of substrates to match your products we have the latest flexographic printing equipment and Computer to Plate technology. All of our presses have been modified to ensure consistency of print irrespective of make or model. We work to exacting standards throughout our production process.
We can print large format on the reel up to 2500mm wide with 1200mm design repeat, using Specialist inks, including metallics, light fast, high abrasion resistance, deep-freeze and write on.
